An Evening of Caviar With Itria and The Caviar Co.
On December 5, Itria is teaming up with The Caviar Co. for a one-night only caviar tasting menu. This is an exciting collaboration between two local businesses that will showcase both Itria’s exceptional culinary creativity and the high quality of The Caviar Co.’s caviar.
The meal will consist of four courses, and each dish will feature caviar, except for dessert, which will have a playful faux caviar twist. The savory dishes will include both new and signature Itria dishes, including their hit Caviar Spaghetti, the dish that inspired this entire evening.
