Elements of Sound Event 4/15
Welcome to Acupuncture & Sound Series, created to assist you in seasonal energetic shifts by combining the ancient wisdom of the Elements in Chinese Medicine, which correlates to the seasons, emotions and associated physical body systems, with Sound Healing frequencies played live with crystal singing bowls, especially arranged to work with these aspects and energies, we bring a powerful yet gentle seasonal supportive adjustments.
Alex and Nicola collaborate on each event, to discuss seasonal energy, sound, vibration, and acupuncture point selection to create a truly connective and unique experience for each treatment.
Alexandria Steppe, LAc, MSTCM, LMT, (she/they) is a California Licensed Acupuncturist and Bodyworker who founded InnerGate in 2011. For the Elements of Sound Series, Alex selects specific acupuncture points, based on their energetic and spiritual connection, to help ease your transition into and through the seasons, based on Chinese Medicinal Theories. California Artist, Nicola Buffa, MFA, is a Hypnotherapist + Sound Healer + Reiki Master. Each sound transmission is an arrangement of the healing tones of Quartz Crystal and Alchemy singing bowls, channeled to return optimum alignment to the body, designed to inspire healing thought patterns through brainwave entrainment, and meant to uplift the spirit on all levels. The experience is a meditative journey, which may yield clarity through connection to our inner wisdom, and a sense of deep peace, facilitated by sound.
