Secrets, Spells, and (Hot) Chocolate – December 7 at Humphry Slocombe (Dogpatch)
On Saturday, December 7, Marisa will host a reading at Humphry Slocombe’s Dogpatch location (699 22nd St, San Francisco). Guests will get an early taste of Secrets, Spells, and Chocolate, her debut novel, hitting shelves December 9. The story centers on a magical cooking competition called The Golden Whisk, inspired by her time on Top Chef, Food Network Challenge, and the legendary Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
To sweeten the event, the Humphry Slocombe team will debut their holiday hot chocolate flavor, paired with all-you-can-eat ice cream and an extra sprinkle of seasonal fun.
