Hayes Valley Art Walk
Come to our Art & Garden Walk—a vibrant community event that blends art, gardens, music, and interactive fun throughout the neighborhood.
This event is all about connecting with the local community in a relaxed, creative setting. It’s a chance to meet artists and musicians and see their work beyond gallery walls in the great outdoors! Artists, gardens both public and private, musicians, galleries and shops are all part of the fun. Be part of a day full of live art-making, music, garden tours, and hands-on activities like seed giveaways and crafts.

The Art & Garden Walk is open to all. Tickets not required, but we encourage paid tickets to help support Hayes Valley Art Works ongoing efforts. All paid ticketholders will receive a special curated seed packet full. native species, and a clipping from our garden with a starter planting kit.

Join us at Hayes Valley Art Works garden (HVAW) for our monthly jazz jam the last Saturday of every month. Everyone is welcome - including dogs! Enjoy the jazz stylings in the beautiful sculpture garden at Hayes Valley Art Works, corner of Octavia and Oak!

Art inspired by gardens, especially our beautiful garden spaces on Octavia Boulevard between Oak and Page, is the theme of this juried group exhibition. We received a large number of submissions, and have included a wide variety of beautiful pieces.
