Parris Lane Jazz Renaissance
Join us for a night of soulful jazz with Emmy-nominated singer and performer Parris Lane, as she returns to Oakland for the Jazz Renaissance. Known for her four-octave vocal range and versatile artistry, Parris will captivate audiences with a dynamic performance blending jazz, gospel, R&B, and classical show tunes. The evening will also feature the infectious energy of KJ the Pied Piper, an award-winning LGBT jazz performer, who will bring the house down with his electrifying, crowd-moving performance.
The night will culminate with a special appearance by the Twilight Brass Band, California's only traditional brass band, led by Harold "Homeboy" Wilson. Their lively New Orleans-style brass band music will transport you to the heart of the Big Easy.
