Guests can look forward to delectable Dim Sum, Dungeness crab with Huanjiu and egg white, braised abalone fat choy, grilled Alaskan black cod, braised pork knuckle with truffles, lotus roots with sugar snap Jicama and traditional Cantonese waxed duck and meat rice with mushrooms and lotus seeds. For dessert, a refreshing passionfruit cheesecake will be served.
