The Winemaker's Table
Join us for an exclusive member celebration featuring a special “Blend Your Bottle” experience led by our winemaker, Mark Lyon. Discover the art and science behind exceptional winemaking as you step into the role of winemaker for the day.
During this interactive session, you’ll taste through the Bordeaux varietals and explore the unique characteristics of each component. Later, you’ll craft your own blend with guidance from our winemaker, experimenting with the different elements to create a wine that perfectly suits your palate. As you blend, you’ll consider the key components of acidity, tannin, fruit, and aroma, balance. Each guest will take home a 750mL bottle of the blend.
This unforgettable experience also includes a curated selection of locally sourced cheeses and sourdough bread with Eco Tereno's Olive Oil.
In July, when we bottle our 2024 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, you will receive two bottles of the final blend. For those who prefer to pick up their bottles in person, they will be available from late July to October.
