This Valentine’s Day, Chapeau!, the beloved bistro will offer a special 5 course pre-fixed menu (not including wine or beverages). The meal highlights Executive Chef Philippe Gardelle’s classic French sensibility with a refined, modern touch. The menu features indulgent yet elegant dishes by Chef de Cuisine Andrew Gardelle -- oysters with cauliflower and caviar, roasted beets with goat cheese and pistachio, black cod with fennel confit and bouillabaisse, slow-braised short rib with pommes purée and maitake mushrooms, and a decadent Opera dessert layered with hazelnut, coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.
