Easter Brunch Buffet
Hosted in the Callippe Ballroom, the Easter Brunch Buffet offers two convenient seatings and an abundant spread of seasonal favorites.
Guests can indulge in everything from a made-to-order omelet bar and mini waffle station to chilled seafood, ahi poke, and a carving station featuring slow-roasted leg of lamb. Additional highlights include fresh spring salads, handmade dim sum, and an array of decadent desserts.
Adults will enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and children will receive festive Easter baskets. And of course, it wouldn’t be Easter without the Easter Bunny, who will be hopping by for photos with the kids.
