This seasonal class blends hands-on instruction with chef-led demonstrations, offering a fun and stress-free way to enjoy a festive holiday meal. The menu highlights fresh, vibrant ingredients and may include dishes such as spring salad with asparagus, peas, herbs and pistachios; herb and garlic roasted Hasselback potatoes; braised baby carrots with leeks; smoked salmon quiche; classic eggs Benedict with hollandaise; and a carrot cake parfait with cream cheese mousse.
