Next Gen Jam w/ Bishop O’Dowd Jazz Combo
On the 1st Sunday of every month, bands of local youth, often fielded from one or another of the many fine music programs in colleges and high schools in San Francisco and around the bay, perform a set, then host a student-centric jam session for their peers.
The Bird & Beckett Cultural Legacy Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization presents live music at least 4 times a week at Bird & Beckett Books & Records in San Francisco's Glen Park village: 2 blocks from the Glen Park BART station, Muni lines J, 23, 35, 36, 44, and 52, and on- and off-ramps for I-580.
