Join Berkeley Humane for Bark (& Meow) Around the Block, California’s largest single-location pet adoption event, on Saturday, August 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 2700 Ninth Street in Berkeley.
Meet 300+ adoptable animals from more than 30 shelters and rescue organizations from across the Bay Area, all gathered in one place to help shelter pets find loving homes.
In addition to dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and other adoptable animals, guests can explore pet-related vendors, enjoy food and a DJ, and take part in a day of activities for the whole family. Most adoption fees will be waived, and admission is free.
Bark (& Meow) Around the Block is part of NBC Bay Area and Telemundo 48’s Clear the Shelters Month.
