On Saturday, February 14th from 5 – 8 p.m., the Post Room, Beacon Grand’s Mediterranean-inspired bar and lounge, will host a prix fixe Valentine’s Day dinner. The menu features snacks including Gougère, Caviar Bites with Potato Pavé and Steak Tartare, appetizers like Lamb Shank Ravioli with Whipped Ricotta and Mint Pesto and Seared Scallop with Pea Risotto and Parmigiano Reggiano. Entrees include 30Days Dry Aged New York Strip with Wild Mushroom Jus, and Butter Poach Maine Lobster with Butternut Squash and Brown Butter that can be accompanied with Haricots Verts Almondine, Pomme Puree or Forage Mushroom. Top it off with a Red Velvet Strawberry Cake for dessert
