Celebrate Lunar New Year at The St. Regis San Francisco with a special edition of Afternoon Tea featuring a curated menu by Chef Kathy Fang, owner and chef at acclaimed restaurants House of Nanking and Fang.
The festive menu includes Asian-inspired savory delicacies like delicious Char Siu Pork Puffs, Peking Duck Cannoli, Fang Lettuce Cups, and Shrimp & Scallop Siu Mai. Sweet treats include a refreshing Osmanthus Flower Madeline, Matcha Sponge Cake, and Coconut Mousse. The items pair perfectly with a thoughtfully crafted selection of tea by TEALEAVES, including Pu-Erh Tou Cha, Imperial Dragonwell, Organic Jasmine Pearl, and Iron Goddess of Mercy. Begin the experience with a complimentary glass of Moet & Chandon.
Chef Kathy Fang will be in attendance to meet and greet guests on Friday, February 27.
