What to Expect:
Led by esteemed writer and lecturer Audrey Le, this engaging session will focus on creative expression with reflections on the environment, our relationship with it, and the urgent need to protect it. Through a blend of short readings, discussions, and guided writing exercises, attendees will learn to:
-Observe nature with a poet’s perspective.
-Write evocative, nature-inspired poetry.
-Polish existing work with constructive feedback.
-Connect ecological themes to personal experience.
-Engage with environmental issues through verse.
The workshop will take place at the Richardson Bay Audubon Center & Sanctuary, an inspiring location nestled along the scenic shores of San Francisco Bay.
