GI Film Festival San Diego 2026
The GI Film Festival San Diego returns May 6–8, 2026, to the Museum of Photographic Arts at the San Diego Museum of Art (MOPA @ SDMA) in Balboa Park with three days of powerful films for, by, and about the military community.
This year’s festival will feature 15 films exploring service, sacrifice, and the lived experiences of veterans and service members, including world, West Coast, and San Diego premieres. Each screening includes a post-film panel discussion with filmmakers, veterans, and subject-matter experts, giving audiences the opportunity to engage with the stories and themes presented on screen.
