The Grossmont College Library will host Americans and the Holocaust, a nationally recognized traveling exhibition from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the American Library Association.
Drawing on powerful primary sources, the exhibition explores how Americans responded to Nazism, war, and genocide during the 1930s and 1940s. It challenges common assumptions about public awareness and action during the Holocaust, inviting visitors to examine the social, political, and cultural forces that shaped those responses.
A series of free public programs—including survivor testimony, lectures, films, and performances—will complement the exhibition and deepen engagement with its themes. View events: https://libguides.grossmont.edu/AATH/events
