Available on Sunday, May 10, between 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the menu will feature a selection of standout dishes, including Texas farmstead cheeses and locally sourced charcuterie, vibrant seasonal salads such as baby kale with grilled stone fruit and candied pecans, and a fresh raw bar featuring mini lobster rolls on decadent brioche buns and citrus-marinated poached shrimp.
Guests can also enjoy brunch favorites like traditional golden pancakes, lightly dusted with powdered sugar and topped with macerated berries, smoked Berkshire ham with pineapple sorghum glaze, and made-to-order omelets.
