Pullman Market’s First Ever Chili Cook Off
Pullman Market is hosting their first Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, June 7 from 7-9 p.m. The family-friendly cook-off invites home cooks to compete and share their signature chili recipes for a chance to win prizes. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the 100 Club of San Antonio, a non-profit that serves the families of fallen local, state & federal first responders, and severely-injured active duty first responders and their families in Bexar County.
Pullman's Chili Cook-Off features two competition categories: Traditional San Antonio Style Chili for submissions that are meat-based, no beans, and made from scratch; and Creative Chili for submissions that are vegetarian, include unique ingredients, or are just outside the box. All entries are also eligible for the People's Choice award based on public voting.
Winners will receive prizes including gift cards, medals, and a featured recipe spotlight, with all participants receiving a certificate. Tickets are available on Eventbrite, with VIP and General Admission options; VIP includes early access, voting tokens, and drinks. Kids 12 and under attend for free.
