Seasonal Hiring Event at JW Marriott San Antonio
JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa is hiring for over 150 seasonal positions to prepare for the resort’s annual Hill Country Christmas and the return of the dazzling ICE! holiday attraction. Available roles include positions in food and beverage, box office attendants, event coordinators, attraction attendants, costume characters & escorts, and more.
The hiring event offers attendees the chance to meet with hiring managers, learn about potential positions, and potentially receive same-day job offers. Employment benefits at the resort include free meals and parking, competitive wages, hotel discounts, career development opportunities, ticket discounts, flexible schedule, and weekly pay.

The only attraction of its kind in Central and South Texas, ICE!, returns November 22, 2025, through January 4, 2026, as part of the resort’s Hill Country Christmas festivities. This year’s theme brings Frosty the SnowmanTM to life with 2 million pounds of hand-carved ice, immersive walk-through scenes, massive ice slides, and countless photo-worthy moments.
