Cowboy Dinner at Isidore
Guests will enjoy expertly crafted dishes from stations throughout the restaurant, alongside craft cocktails and wine selections from Isidore’s talented bar team. The evening will also feature special appearances from Pullman Market's butcher team as well as partners from Startz Cattle, Peeler Farms and La Babia Cattle Company, who will share their expertise in Texas ranching and sustainable meat production.
Pullman Market’s expert butchers will be on-site at the event to break down the cattle and share their knowledge of the ethical farming practices that ensure the highest quality meat. Isidore’s Cowboy Dinner is a unique opportunity for guests to get an insider’s look at the care and craftsmanship that goes into every cut. Pullman Market’s butcher team will also be hosting a silent auction at the dinner with curated butcher boxes featuring special cuts of beef.
Tickets for Isidore’s Cowboy Dinner are available for purchase on OpenTable for $125 a person. Tickets include all food, drinks, and a front-row seat to the craftsmanship behind some of the finest beef Texas has to offer.
