The menu will feature a cold bar with fresh seasonal fruit, charcuterie and local cheeses, as well as a raw bar with citrus-marinated poached shrimp, mini lobster rolls on brioche, and smoked salmon.
Guests can also enjoy a hot bar featuring everything from a spiced coconut carrot soup to a peach cobbler French toast, as well as a buffet carving station offering smoked Berkshire ham with a maple mustard glaze, herb-crusted smoked prime rib, and a made-to-order omelet station.
The buffet will include more than a dozen house-made pastries and desserts including mini butterscotch and strawberry cheesecakes, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, an assortment of macarons, and a white peach panna cotta. A bottomless mimosa and Bloody Mary bar will also be available for a $35 add-on.
In addition to the holiday meal, the resort will host two Easter egg hunts for brunch diners and resort guests – one at 9AM and one at 1PM.
