Mother’s Day Brunch at Hyatt Regency Hill Country
The holiday menu features fresh seasonal fruits and salads, an artisanal cheese and charcuterie display, and a raw bar offering poached salmon, mini lobster rolls, and smoked salmon. Diners can also enjoy a selection of breakfast favorites ranging from jalapeno cheddar sausage to a made-to-order omelet station, as well as a various entrée selections including a smoke roasted prime rib, al pastor cobia, and a seared airline chicken with traditional mole. The brunch will take place Sunday, May 11 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. It is $85 for adults, $35 for children between the ages of six and 12, and children five and younger dine free.
