Arbor Armor at Winters Putah Creek Nature Park
Join us on Saturday, August 30th from 8:45AM-10:45AM to protect our native trees against beaver damage at Putah Creek Nature Park! We will be removing old cages and putting fresh, larger ones on. This is a collaborative project between Putah Creek Council, Solano County Water Agency, and City of Winters.
Event Location: Winters Putah Creek Nature Park, meet at Rotary Park gazebo
Please wear sturdy, close-toed shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a reusable water bottle. All necessary equipment, water, and snacks will be provided. No previous experience is necessary, and all community members are welcome! Participants for this particular event must be ages 15 or older.
All attendees must sign a waiver before participating in this event. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. You can either sign a physical copy upon arrival, or sign our e-waiver here. Please note that you will receive a confirmation email that you have to click on for the e-waiver to be officially submitted.
