Children's Gymnastics Classes


Gymnastics promotes overall physical fitness, enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through structured routines and exercises, kids develop strong muscles and bones, ensuring a healthy foundation for their growth. Gymnastics also nurtures discipline and perseverance, as young athletes learn to master new skills through consistent practice and dedication. The sport also fosters self-confidence and boosts self-esteem, as children witness their progress and achievements over time. Tumbling & Flipping Class Wednesdays 2-3PM, and 3:30-4:30PM. In these classes, children will learn the basics of gymnastics, and additionally focus on learning a variety of tumbles, handsprings, and somersaults. These are the most exciting skills in gymnastics, and by practicing them children develop a strong and powerful body. Rhythmic Gymnastics Class Wednesdays 3-3:30PM. Rhythmic gymnastics, one the most beautiful of the Olympic categories, is a synthesis of sport, art, and aesthetics. This form of gymnastics combines light equipment manipulation with expressive movements from gymnastics, ballet, dance, and acrobatics. Students will learn how to move gracefully while manipulating rope, hoop, ball, stick, and ribbon.
