Rhyme Time

Rhyme Time is a program for very young children and their grownups to nurture pre-reading skills. Babies need words every day, and they need to play with language and sounds. Adults and children will both make new friends as we Talk, Read, Sing, and Play, which are the building blocks to being ready to learn to read.
