Nazareth University Orchestra Festival
The Nazareth University Symphony (Raul Munguia, conductor) is thrilled to welcome 170 talented students from the Canandaigua School District Orchestras for an inspiring day of music-making and collaboration. Under the guidance of Dr. Raúl Munguía, Director of Orchestras at Nazareth University, two orchestras formed by these young musicians will engage in rehearsals and workshops, culminating in a public performance in the stunning Glazer Music Performance Center. This special event showcases the power of music education and community engagement, providing students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and perform alongside a collegiate orchestra. The culminating concert is free and open to the public—no tickets are required. We invite everyone to join us in celebrating the artistry and dedication of these young musicians.
