An Evening of 19th Century Dancing

Step back in time for an evening of rhythm, history, and high-spirited fun presented by The Flint Hill Dance Troupe in a lively performance celebrating the "country" dance traditions that defined the 19th-century social life. There will be a demonstration, with the Flint Hill Dance Troupe dressed in period-accurate attire, followed by an audience participation session – no experience needed! Anyone interested can register on the Henrietta Public Library website at https://hpl.libcal.com/event/16495107 . Seating is limited. The Antoinette Brown Blackwell Society is dedicated to inspiring the growth of every individual by promoting the legacy of this extraordinary woman. The Society awards an annual scholarship and selects a Henrietta Woman of the Year to honor in Antoinette’s name. Visit www.anoinettebrownblackwell.org for more information on our programs and becoming a member.
