Town of Farmington E-Bike Committee
The Town of Farmington E-Bike Committee, established by the Town Supervisor on Monday May 18, 2026, in accordance with the provisions in Section 63 of New York State Town Law, will be meeting Wednesday morning, May 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., in the Conference Room at the Farmington Town Hall, 1000 County Road 8, Farmington, NY 14425 for beginning its’ research for drafting further text amendments to the April 30, 2026, final draft of Local Law No. 3 of 2026, entitled “Chapter 77 of the Town Code of the Town of Farmington, E-Bikes, E-Scooters, All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), Go Carts and Limited Use Motorcycle Regulations.”
