Make a nighttime blend and massage onto your feet, while also practicing soothing breath work; these practices enhance relaxation, and soften the mind. We'll also discuss habits that lead to more productive sleep, and one restorative yoga poses will be demonstrated, for you to practice before bed, or in bed, when you need help falling back to sleep.
For this class, the following essential oils will be used: Lemongrass, Lavender, Clary Sage, Almond Oil

Melissa Kleehammer has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012, and has been studying and integrating lymphatic massage, and massage with essential oils, for many years. Her intention with all classes is to help people find more comfort in their bodies, and this combination of offerings empowers students to bring healing into their own hands, which provides longer-lasting relief and longevity.
