Aging Gracefully: Yoga & Sleep


Gain insight into how different aspects of yoga support restful sleep. Yoga postures, breath work, restorative yoga, and meditation, are effective and realistic ways to wind down, and prepare yourself for more productive sleep. Yoga will be done seated, standing, and on the floor; please bring a yoga mat and 2 blankets. This class pairs well with our upcoming class on Apr 8 - Essential Oils: Restful Sleep! Instructed by Melissa Kleehammer. Melissa has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2012 and infuses her classes with strength, balance, and mobility. Her focus is to share more ways for you to feel comfortable and confident in your body. Registration Required.
