Worldwide Documentaries invites you to a special screening of 'Running To Stand Still'
On Dec. 8th at Rochester’s Dryden Theatre, we will be screening our recently released film, 'Running To Stand Still -Migrants Search For Hope In The Promised Land', followed by a town hall meeting with leaders from our community. 'Running To Stand Still', is a half-hour documentary film that puts a human face on the world’s immigrant and migrant communities, and depicts the human toll U.S. immigration policies are taking on children and families across the United States. Running’s message is meant to encourage dialogue, educate the public about the injustices of our current system, and help identify pathways to humane immigration reform. In addition, we will be premiering 'When They Come For Me', a short advocacy video highlighting the current realities impacting local immigrant communities.
