Please join us to get to know RAS leadership (Staci Papadoplos – Director of Animal Services; Angelica DeRuyter - Assistant Director of Shelter Operations; and Amy Bianchi – Assistant Director of Animal Control) and how we're (already!) meeting the new 2025 NYS Regulation of Animal Shelters.
