Family Yoga & Hike
Families can stretch, breathe, and move through nature-inspired yoga, and explore the sights and sounds of the great outdoors.
Open to all experience levels - no prior yoga or hiking experience needed! Just bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, comfortable clothes for movement, and your sense of adventure!
There are no refunds, however we will offer a makeup date if WE CANCEL.
Location: Helmer Nature Center
Date: June 6th
Time: 1-2pm
Cost per class: $25 for an adult and one child. ($5 for each additional family member.)*
Space is limited, so be sure to register in advance!
*Max of 2 children per adult
