Bucha, the critically acclaimed feature film, is based on true events and tells the real stories of local residents rescued by one heroic man, Konstantin Gudauskas, a citizen of Kazakhstan who received asylum in Ukraine and lived in Bucha. It captures the resilience of those affected and the profound human cost of war. This special event will feature a screening of the film, followed by a press conference with Oleksandr Shchur, the producer and screenwriter, who will share insights about the making of this impactful film.
The evening will also include:
✅ An auction to support Ukraine, with all proceeds going directly to aid efforts.
✅ Exhibition of military items from Ukraine and photographs by prominent Ukrainian photographers, including Yevhen Maloletka
✅ Ukrainian souvenir shop
