National AI Literacy Day
- Discern AI images as part of our AI Explorer demo at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- Have an image drawn of yourself by an Ai SketchBot.
- Take part in an AI architecture LEGO® challenge in The Forge.
We’ll also have vendors onsite to highlight their role in the growing use of artificial intelligence in the world around them, from education to business innovation to video games. Chat with representatives from the Virginia Society for Technology in Education, Bean Sprout Learning and Development, AI Ready RVA, ImmerseCon, the VCU School of Engineering and Google.
In addition to the National AI Literacy Day activities, you’ll be able to enjoy Science Museum labs and exhibitions, including Towers of Tomorrow with LEGO® Bricks. Take your AI inspiration from The Forge to build with more than 200,000 loose bricks the exhibition!
The Science Museum is open from 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. National AI Literacy Day activities take place from 9:30 a.m.–1 p.m. Activities are designed for guests ages 8 and up, and are included with admission. Science Museum members, Virginia educators, military personnel and children two and younger are free.
