ICF Virginia Coaching Summit: The Human Advantage in a Changing World
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Virginia Charter Chapter announced it will host its inaugural Coaching Summit, “The Human Advantage in a Changing World,” on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Dewey Gottwald Center at the Science Museum of Virginia in Richmond. The one-day event will bring together business and HR leaders, credentialed coaches, and change practitioners to explore how coaching is used in organizations and how its impact is measured on leadership effectiveness, engagement, and business outcomes. Programming will include keynotes, workshops, panels, an exhibitor area, and an evening gala, with planned topics such as AI and coaching, building coaching cultures, and measuring coaching ROI. Early-bird registration is available through February 28 for $179 via the ICF Virginia website.
