Earth Day
In addition to being able to enjoy Science Museum exhibitions, labs and demos, you can interact with 25 community partners to learn about composting, wetlands, bike infrastructure, solar power, recycling, watershed restoration efforts, native plants and pollinators, energy savings and much more.
Earth Day activities take place from 12–5 p.m. and are designed for guests of all ages. Activities are included with Science Museum admission, which is only $10. Science Museum members, Virginia educators, military personnel and children two and younger are free. Earth-focused Dome features showing that day require an additional $5 ticket or members may use a Dome pass.
And don't forget, you can apply your Science Museum admission toward a membership within two weeks of your visit. To do so, visit Guest Services or call 804.864.1449. *Tickets to The Dome and touring exhibitions with an additional cost cannot be applied to a membership.
