Curiosity Camp-Out
Explorers are invited to grab their backpack, roll out their sleeping bag, pitch a tent and join us for hours of STEM discovery. Campers will experience a live demo, participate in hands-on activities, enjoy a Science On a Sphere® presentation, see a film in The Dome and more. Plus, campers get exclusive access to Science Museum exhibitions and labs without big crowds or lines. Don’t miss this memorable camping experience at your favorite museum!
Curiosity Camp-Out will be outside the Science Museum in the Garner Pavilion. It runs from Saturday, May 10, at 6 p.m.–Sunday, May 11, at 9 a.m.
Registration and Pricing
Curiosity Camp-In costs $55 per person for Science Museum members and $65 per person for non-members. Pre-registration is required.
One chaperone is required for every four campers. Both campers and chaperones should register.
Activities are designed for campers age 8–12, but anyone older than 7 may attend.
If you’re organizing a group to attend camp together, please include this information at registration and ensure all group members know your group name.
Camp-Out activities are designed for campers age 8–14. Anyone older than 7 may attend.
Campers must bring their own sleeping bag and tent. All campers will sleep outside unless the weather is unsafe.
Please note: A maximum of six campers and two chaperones can register at one time. Please start a new order for additional group members.
