Richmond natives Benjamin Edlavitch and David “Poppy” Levine have a shared passion for LEGO building. This hobby not only brought together their interests in architecture and engineering, but also led to their participation on the LEGO Masters show. Hear how brick building strengthened their creativity and problem-solving skills, and how LEGO bricks can serve as a powerful tool for educating and inspiring the next generation of innovative creators.
Registration Information
Sunrise Science runs from 8–9 a.m. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. so you can grab a complimentary cup of coffee to enjoy during the talk.
Sunrise Science events are free. Tickets are capped due to fixed seating in The Dome. Guests will be asked to fill all available seats.
All guests, including members, should make a reservation on the Science Museum’s website prior to the event. Tickets will only be available at the door if the event is not sold out. If you reserved tickets and can’t attend, please contact Guest Services at info@smv.org or 804.864.1400 so we can make those spaces available for other guests.
Science Museum exhibitions are not open during Sunrise Science events.
