SAVOR 2026 Benefiting The Doorways
The Doorways, a hospitality house for patients and families who must travel to Richmond for critical medical care, is going all Inn for its annual SAVOR fundraising gala on Saturday, March 28. The 2026 event - with the theme "A Culinary Showcase of Virginia’s Finest Inns: Where Generosity Checks ‘Inn’ and Takes Flight" - features gourmet cuisine prepared by award-winning chefs from well-known inns across Virginia and will be held at the HeloAir hangar, 5721 Gulfstream Road, at Richmond International Airport.
In addition to enjoying a sumptuous gourmet dining experience, guests can participate in silent and live auctions to bid on luxury items such as original artwork, entertainment packages, dinners at top restaurants and exciting travel destinations. Dancing is on the after-dinner program with live music provided by The Bart Chucker Band, a Richmond-area favorite.
