Grand Opening in Garner — Meet Lil Sebastian and the Gang! His name is Lil Sebastian, and he's the smallest horse in North Carolina. He also happens to be the guest of honor at Bierman Autism Centers’ brand-new Garner location, alongside a mini cow, a llama, baby goats, bunnies, chickens, and a pig.
