Join us! Meditation Practice - For both the curious and caring ... Warwick Center for the Arts No meditation experience required. Free. In-person Sessions - Monday Evenings - 6:30pm - Warwick Center for the Arts, 1st & 3rd Monday of each month. One hour. Virtual sessions* Monday Evenings - 7pm - Virtual sessions*, via zoom 2nd & 4th Mondays of every month. 30 minutes Thursday Mornings - 7:30am - Virtual sessions*, via zoom every Thursday morning. 20-minutes. Sponsored by Warwick Center for the Arts Chairs are provided at in-person sessions or you can bring your own mat/cushion. Training the heart and mind to be steady and clear in the midst of all that life brings. Please note, mindfulness meditation practice may not be appropriate for persons experiencing serious mental or physical health challenges, chemical dependencies or suicidal feelings. Please discuss any of these concerns with your healthcare provider.
