Celebrate Haitian Dance ! Jean Appolon Expressions Performs at UMass Dartmouth - March 31 at 5pm
In celebration of Haitian art and culture, UMass Dartmouth’s Department of Global Languages & Cultures, Frederick Douglass Unity House and the College of Arts & Sciences present “Dancing and Drumming with Jean Appolon Expressions” in the Main Auditorium on March 31, 2025, at 5pm. This performance showcases excerpts from two of JAE’s ambitious full-length productions—Traka and Pouvwa. This event is free and open to the public. It will be followed by a Q&A session. Guest can park in Lots 5 & 6.
