AssemblyACT Presents: The Nutcracker
Join us for AssemblyACT's production of The Nutcracker. The Nutcracker is a 2 act ballet which brings the audience on a fantastic journey through the Land of Sweets. Act 1 invites the viewer into a festive Christmas party. Uncle Drosselmeyer steals the show with his extravagant gifts and magic. He gifts Clara with a handsome Nutcracker but Fritz, the naughty younger brother, breaks the Nutcracker and Drosselmeyer has to repair it. As the party winds down, Clara drifts off to sleep with her precious Nutcracker. As she dreams, her Nutcracker magically comes to life and brings her on a journey where she meets sugar plums, gingerbread, flowers, snowflakes and the Sugar Plum Fairy!
