In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, join us for a thoughtful and creative afternoon celebrating women through art and symbolism. This guided workshop introduces the delicate art of paper quilling, using the mimosa flower branch as our muse—a symbol long associated with strength, beauty, and grace.
Participants will create a 5×5 inch framed piece of quilled artwork, designed around a mimosa branch composition centered within a wooden frame. You’ll be guided step by step through 3–4 foundational quilling techniques, learning how simple patterns come together to create movement, texture, and meaning.
No prior experience is required. This workshop is intentionally beginner-friendly while offering plenty of room for personal expression. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished piece of art ready to display or gift.
Spend the afternoon creating in a relaxed farm setting, surrounded by inspiration, community, and the quiet celebration of women past and present.
All supplies included.
A reflective, hands-on experience suitable for adults and teens.
