Level Up with the Foundations of Hospitality Leadership Program

The RI Hospitality Education Foundation’s Leadership Academy is a high-impact, 10-month immersive program designed to develop Rhode Island’s next generation of leaders in restaurants, hotels, tourism, and guest services. The curriculum contains 12 modules, such as controlling operational costs, fundamentals of employee performance, managing the employment process, and more. Participants will earn national credentials, grow their professional networks, and gain the confidence needed to unlock new career opportunities.
