2 Day Celebration of Female Physiology


One night & One day of grooving to the concepts of Rest| Nutrition | Warmth | Community. H. A. L. T. Check yourself before you wreck yourself. Are you hungry? Are you angry? Are you lonely? Are you Tired? At this retreat, we treat you to a night of rest. No guarantees, but at least a helpful tool left in your room. We want you at your best for our groovy day. Music is part of the experience - for sure. We will cook and play music... some soft, some loud. Hello... It's a party! Together, we will cook our food for the day. Foods that warm us up and cool us down. Some of the dishes are African in origin. Lots of food. You should not leave hungry. We will share how we deal with our anger. You should leave with strategies for handling anger. We will accompany you on this day. After the retreat, you will know what to do the next time you are lonely. Tips for dealing with tiredness and feeling sapped will be shared, and tools will be used to help you experience how you can rejuvenate yourself. Woman, Sister, Auntie, Mama experience grooviness—go home—practice on yourself. Share with others.
