Music at the Fort
Enjoy live music at Fort Adams State Park, one of Newport’s most iconic waterfront settings. This free summer concert series invites you to bring a blanket, gather with friends and family, and settle in for an evening of live performances, fresh ocean air, and unforgettable sunsets over Narragansett Bay.
Featuring a rotating lineup of local and regional artists across a variety of genres, each evening offers something new to enjoy. Take in sweeping waterfront views while relaxing on the Fort grounds, with plenty of open lawn space for kids to play and families to spread out comfortably.
Local vendors will be on-site with food, beverages, and light bites available for purchase, or you’re welcome to bring your own picnic and make the evening your own. Designed to be accessible, welcoming, and fun for all ages, this series is the perfect midweek tradition throughout the summer.
