The community is invited to enjoy an afternoon of contemplative, mindful, restorative self-care: tending to the body, mind and soul. Those who gather with us will be led through a restorative yoga practice with an extended relaxation meditation. There will then be time for quiet personal reflection, journaling, a stroll outdoors or some delight-directed creativity. We will conclude with a thematic guided conversation, all led by interfaith Rev Shelley Dungan. Those who participate in this heart-warming gathering can look forward to leaving with their sense of peace, loving-kindness, hope & well-being restored. All are welcomed to register regardless of experience.
Please bring: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, outdoor clothing in case you wish to take a walk.
